When to use it
The weekly site meeting expects a short extract, not the whole schedule.
The master schedule runs to 400 lines, and nobody reads it on the site office wall.
Each company has to be sent what concerns them over the next three weeks.
What this page does
- The window is set on the schedule's status date when it carries one, otherwise on today's date.
- Tasks in progress, tasks starting, tasks due to finish inside the window.
- The milestones of the period, which are what the meeting looks at first.
- The extract comes out as text, as a workbook or as a CSV, and the matching chart as a PDF or an image.
What it does not do: The extract comes from the file you dropped. It does not replace site reporting: what the schedule says and what happened on site are two different things.

Frequently asked questions
- Why three weeks?
- It is the custom on site: the current week and the two after it. The window covers the past week, the current week and the two ahead.
- Can I change the reference date?
- The extract follows the schedule's status date. A schedule without one is set on the day it is read, and the extract says so.
