What is sold
Using this site is free, with no account and nothing in return. Only one thing is sold: the package to install on an internal network, on quotation, in euros excluding tax. Orders are placed by e-mail; the accepted quotation and the invoice govern what is delivered, its price and its duration. This offer is addressed to professionals and organisations.
Contact
There is no form on this site: a form would send what you write to a server, which is what this site forbids itself everywhere else.
Hosting
OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. The site is served from a virtual private server located in France. The host serves files (HTML, styles, JavaScript); it receives no schedule, since none is sent.
Personal data
No personal data is collected: no account, no cookie, no tracker, no analytics. Your schedules are opened, recalculated and rendered by your browser, on your machine. The site's access log keeps only a date, the address requested without its query string, and the response code: no IP address, no referrer, no user agent. After a successful read, the site counts a family and a number, with nothing that identifies you: what the site counts.
You remain responsible for what you do with the schedules you open, and in particular with any third-party data they contain.
Cookies
None. No analytics, no session, no preference. That is why this site asks you nothing when it opens.
Intellectual property
The text and the design of this site are its property. The reading, computing, checking and rendering engines are written for this product and embed no third-party library in production. The build tool used to produce the site is Vite, under the MIT licence.
Trademarks
Klargantt is not affiliated with Microsoft or Oracle, and is not endorsed by either. Microsoft and Microsoft Project are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; Oracle and Primavera P6 are trademarks of Oracle Corporation; GanttProject is a trademark of its authors. These names are used here to designate the files the tool can read.
Liability
The tool is provided as is. The recalculated dates are not presented as identical to those of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6: they are shown beside the dates stored in the file, with the gap task by task. The check report gives numbers and thresholds, never a statement of compliance. Always keep your original files, and check any document produced before relying on it.
